In partnership with Black Wealth Data Center, DataKind dug into a dozen US county-level measures of wealth from BWDC’s Racial Wealth Equity Database. The tool paints a holistic picture of the variations that exist among communities and fuels a data-driven discussion on racial wealth equity in the United States.

colandr is an open access, machine-learning assisted platform for conducing evidence reviews. The app is designed to be used by teams of any size, and provides an organizational structure to manage information throughout the process. Originally a DataKind project, colandr is supported by The Science for Nature and People Partnership, Conservation International, and The Center for Biodiversity and Conservation at the American Museum of Natural History.

The Data Observation Toolkit (D.O.T.)

DOT is an open-source, community-informed toolkit capable of automated monitoring and detection of inconsistent or problematic data in a relational database. DOT has been recognized as a Digital Public Good and available on the DPG registry.

Foreclosure and Evictions Analysis Tool (F.E.A.T)

In partnership with New America, DataKind is building and deploying the FEAT for US-Nationwide use in mitigating housing loss in targeted communities.
